Ta·da! is a project by Studio Sparkling. This policy explains what information we collect on this site, why, and how to exercise your rights. We collect only what we need.

1. Who is responsible

This site is operated by Studio Sparkling (David Pieropan) in Québec, Canada. The person responsible for the protection of personal information is David Pieropan. For any question or request: info@sparkling.ca.

2. What we collect

• Contact form: your name, your organization (optional), your email, the type of project and your message.
• Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider logs IP addresses, browser type and pages viewed to keep the service running and secure.
• Currency preference: if you pick a currency for prices, that choice is kept in your browser (local storage). It is never sent to us.

We use no advertising cookies, no analytics tools and no tracking pixels.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your request and, if you wish, prepare a proposal.
• To keep the site working and secure.

We never sell or rent your information, and we never add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent.

4. Consent and legal basis

By sending the form, you consent to your information being used to reply to you. For people in the European Union, this processing is based on your consent and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

5. Service providers and transfers outside Québec

• Formspree (United States) receives form messages and forwards them to us.
• Web Hosting Canada (Canada) hosts the site.
• Google Fonts (United States) serves the site’s typefaces: when they load, your browser shares your IP address with Google.

These providers may process information outside Québec and Canada. They use it only to provide their service, under their own privacy policies.

6. Retention

Messages are kept as long as needed to handle and follow up on your request, then deleted. Our host’s technical logs are kept for a limited time.

7. Your rights

You may at any time ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent. Email us at info@sparkling.ca: we reply within 30 days.

In Québec, you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information. In the European Union, you also have the rights to object, to restrict processing and to data portability, and you may contact your country’s data protection authority. Residents of other jurisdictions may have similar rights under local law.

8. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to messages is limited to the people who need them to reply to you.

9. Documents shared for a project

Content and documents you entrust to us to produce a course are governed by the agreement we sign with you, not by this policy.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
