Is this software we have to learn?
No. Ta·da! is a guided service. You only use our studio to view screens, leave comments and approve the steps you choose. Our team handles design and production.
What if we’re starting from scratch?
We start from your documents and expertise. Scoping can be led by your team or guided by ours, and gaps are filled with additional research, with sources. Every piece of content stays linked to its references, available to your team.
What happens to our existing content?
We start by reviewing it with you: what to keep, fix or rethink. How much rewriting we do is agreed together, and you approve the result.
What role does AI play?
ADA, our AI agent, works inside our in-house studio. Trained on thousands of web experience elements, she helps us move fast and aim high. A designer and an instructional designer create, review and approve the work. There’s always a human in the loop.
Will you respect our brand?
Yes. Your brand standards guide is built in from scoping: colors, typography, imagery, tone and logo usage rules. Our designer checks every screen against those standards. No guide yet? We’ll help you create one.
Will the course work on our platform?
Your platform is part of scoping. We deliver in the agreed format, including SCORM, and check that it works in your environment before delivery.
Can we edit the course ourselves?
Yes, that’s built in from the start: you receive the source files and handover instructions. Text and images are the easiest to change; some custom interactions require technical skills. We can also make those changes for you.
What about accessibility, languages and compliance?
The requirements that apply to your course are defined during scoping: languages, target accessibility level, content approvals. We build them into production and check what was agreed.
How are our documents protected?
Your content is used only for your project. How files are exchanged, stored and accessed is set out with you in the agreement.

Allow 10 business days from receipt of materials, plus your review time. Layouts, transitions and interactions from our catalog are included; custom media are optional add-ons.
